Hey everyone… The awsome shrek costume for 2011 is here…Well what can you say about this guy that hasn’t already been said? He’s unique, that’s for sure, charming and heroic, he puts normal guys like me to shame, untill I actually become Shrek with my own fabulous Shrek costume. The big green man is just so lovable, and full of character but get on his nasty side and boy are you are in trouble… Thats why Shrek costumes are so popular right now!
You know, ever since I saw the very first Shrek movie, I was hooked on him. I immediately became a huge fan of all things related to our loveable Scottish ogre and decided to create this site as a sort of… well, Shrek blog, so I hope you enjoy it. I am so excited this halloween, even more than usual and so looking forward to wearing my latest Shrek Costume and getting right into character. Shrek is going to be massive, if you excuse the pun… this halloween once again since the success of the Forever After movie and if I’m honest I think it was better than Shrek 3. Here’s a photo of the exact Shrek costume I will be wearing below, cool eh?
What I love about this outrageous Shrek outfit are those cool pants which have been re-created with his very own unique Shrek tartan and the ridiculously under sized waistcoat…
It’s a real hoot and the kids absolutely love it and I’m now under instruction to order a kids Shrek costume for my little boy who’s nuts about the big fellow as well.
Halloween is such a great family event that we simply enjoy arranging every year and my wife is even crazier about it than I am at this time of year… So, I just had to get her this sexy Princess Fiona costume complete with fearsome shin guards, gauntlets and jagged hem skirt. We got hold of one last week and she tried it on, she looks absolutely amazing, ready for some heroic action and as real as can be, without her green make up of course. Now she’s ready to do some heroic battle come the big day…
Hey Shrek fans.. Just take a look at this fabulous, sexy adult Fiona costume? in my humble opinion, princess Fiona never looked so good, apart from when my wife wears hersof course… This is an absolute killer outfit for parties and I’m sure it will be absolutely massive at halloween, it looks fantastic and is sure to bring any Shrek fan out of his solitude-loving cave… Fiona has become legendary in the Shrek movie series and you will feel like her king once you see her in this amazingly, alluring Fiona costume.
Our beloved ogre smashed all box office records literally, by winning the award for best animated feature when it was first released in 2001 and his love affair with the beautiful and feisty Fiona begins. First though he needs to leave his beloved swamp and battle his way through many a challenge en route to his first fateful meeting with princess Fiona. In 2007, Shrek the musical was released to compliment the movie.
Shrek and Fiona, the cutest ogre couple ever have really gotten people’s imaginations going and one couple have even dressed as Shrek and Fiona for their wedding..
So why has Shrek become such a massive hit and why have we choosen an ogre of all things to be our favourite movie character, after all by defenition, an ogre is a hideous and cruel monster, often depicted as a human eating creature with a voracious appetite? Shrek as we know, is none of the above. Our beloved Shrek could however be described as temperamental and even, domesticated. He is indeed a gentle giant who has eventually found his true love in Princess Fiona
